Jello (2019)

For this animated piece, I was inspired by a piece of jello I was eating for lunch. I stopped mid-bite and kept looking and studying the piece on my spoon. How the light passed through its translucent surface, how it bounced, how it squished but always went back to its original shape. I really wanted to recreate that feeling I had when I was looking at it.

Created by using Maya as well as nCloth for the animation, and Arnold for rendering.
