Chapstick Snail (2019)

Ever since I was a kid, the one thing I could never keep my hands on was a tube of chapstick. I would always either lose them or use them up fairly quickly. When I was creating this animation, I wondered, “what if I never lost them, but they ran away?” That’s why I created this adorable snail based on another chapstick that I lost. I enjoyed creating this, as this is my first time using Maya to create anything. I learned a lot!

Created by using Maya as well as Bifrost Fluids and Arnold for rendering. All objects were created by me and UV edited within Blender.
